Andrew Quinn first started at APC in 1997 and has returned in role of General Manager. Andrew comes from GHD where he spent nine years as a member of its award-winning Sydney Waste Management Group.
Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience in waste management during which time he has worked for the NSW EPA, waste management contractors and consultants. His experience includes waste chapters for EISs, resource recovery facility concept design and master planning, operational systems assessments, contract and tender preparation, tender assessment and evaluation, resource recovery technology research, waste management plans for new developments, resource recovery management strategy and policy development, data analysis, managing and conducting waste audits of residential, commercial, industrial, landfill and MRF streams and in remote locations. Andrew was a judge for the 2015 and 2017 National Landfill and Transfer Stations Innovation and Excellence Awards for the Waste Management Association of Australia.
