With over 25 years’ experience in the waste and recycling, equipment and industrial services industries, Ken has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. With strong skills across the business including Operations, Human Resources, and IT, his accounting qualifications further underpin his suitability with numeracy, data management and analysis.
Ken has a history of leading successful commercial negotiations and has an ability to quickly understand the issues and then work through the options to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
He has a proven capacity for planning, organising and delivery that provides a natural advantage in project management, as most recently demonstrated in the rollout of the NSW Container Deposit Scheme. Ken was the inaugural CEO of the TOMRA Cleanaway joint venture and prior to joining APC spent the last 12 months as Head of NSW CDS for Cleanaway. He was well positioned for this role, having previously managed their municipal business for a number of years, winning key contracts across the State and Sydney basin.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Associate Diploma in Business, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
