Marie Kreipe

Marie is an environmental economist with more than 10 years of experience in sustainability strategy and reporting, climate risk assessment, renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon emissions reduction.

Marie has a background working for Vattenfall, a multinational energy company, for 8 years on its transition to renewable energy, including corporate sustainability strategy, biomass to energy projects, carbon emissions reduction and energy efficiency. Before joining APC, she has worked in the EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services Team for 2 1/2 years on climate change advisory, alternative waste treatment and emission reduction fund assurance projects.

As a dedicated environmental professional, Marie uses her data analysis and project management skills to drive business development and process improvement.

Marie holds a Master of International Economics (University of Tuebingen, Germany) majoring in International Economic Policy, Public Finance and Econometrics. She has completed various workshops including Assurance and Audit, Sustainability Assurance Methodology and Outcomes Measurement.
